About Me

Welcome to my blog. My name is Wouter Visser. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in computer sciences in 2010 I started my IT career.

I have worked several years as a Microsoft System Center consultant in large IT infrastructures. My work primarily focused on System Center Operations Manager and System Center Service Manager and involved designing, implementing and configuring monitoring and service management solutions by Microsoft System Center Suite for many different (inter-)national clients.

I have an interest in Microsoft cloud products such as Azure IaaS, Exchange (Hybrid), Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Hybrid Identity. Currently, I work as a senior consultant for large organizations. I have a strong focus on Microsoft security products such as Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Office365 Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Sentinel, Azure MFA, Azure Information Protection, Azure Log Analytics and Intune (mobile device and application management). My activities include amongst others, writing design documents, planning configuration strategies and the subsequent implementation. In addition, I also provide trainings and workshops for clients.
